Cancellation
We believe in building transparent, long-term relationships with our clients. Due to the custom nature of our digital services (AI Solutions, Brand Systems, Web Development, and Video Studio), cancellations must be communicated as early as possible. Once a project phase has commenced, cancellations may not qualify for full refunds. For queries, contact [email protected].
Refund Policy
We dedicate extensive time and resources to every project, whether it is Full-Funnel Growth Architecture or a Category Dominance Rebrand. Therefore, refunds are strictly governed by the milestones achieved. All eligible refunds take approximately 14 working days to process and are remitted to the original payment method.
Strict Terms For Refunds & Cancellations
- No Refund on Domains & Hosting: Domain Name Registration, Domain Transfers, SSL, or dedicated hosting services are strictly non-refundable. Once a domain is purchased, you are its owner until expiration.
- No Refund on Active Campaigns: There are no refunds on the money spent for your digital marketing campaigns such as Performance Ads, PPC, Meta/Facebook Ads, or Google AdWords once the budget has been allocated.
- No Refund After 50% Completion: No refund is applicable if your website, app, or digital product is more than half (50%) completed. Furthermore, once a website is fully completed or uploaded to the live server, no refunds can be claimed under any circumstances.
- Partial Refunds Before Commencement: A full or partial refund can only be made if the request is raised within the first 15 days of the order, AND if and only if the project (coding, designing, or AI structuring) has not yet been started by our team.
- One-Time Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund only one time per account. If you have requested or received a refund before, you will not be eligible for any future refunds.
- SEO & Search Discovery: A partial refund may be considered for SEO/GEO services only if the client provides a valid, mutually agreeable reason regarding significantly unsatisfactory service delivery compared to the agreed SLA.
- Policy Revisions: Infizy Promotions reserves the right to revise its cancellation and refund policies at any time without prior notice.
