1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Infizy Promotions ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, and SaaS products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Infizy Promotions operates as a hybrid digital product agency providing services including, but not limited to, AI Solutions & Automation, Brand Systems & Identity, Digital Products & Web Development, Creative Studio & Video Production, Performance Ads & Growth Architecture, Social Media & Viral Reach, and Search & Discovery (SEO/GEO). The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any project will be outlined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Statement of Work (SOW) mutually agreed upon by both parties.

3. Payment & Invoicing

All fees for our services will be agreed upon prior to project commencement. Invoices must be paid within the stipulated time frame mentioned on the invoice. As an entity operating from India, applicable taxes, including GST (GSTIN: 07GWVPK9060D1ZZ), will be levied on services where applicable. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services in the event of non-payment.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All preliminary designs, source code, and marketing assets created during the project remain the intellectual property of Infizy Promotions until full and final payment is received. Upon final payment, the intellectual property rights for the finalized deliverables will be transferred to the client, subject to the terms of the specific SOW. Infizy retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prohibits it.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and access to platforms required for us to fulfill our services. Delays in providing necessary materials or feedback may result in project timeline extensions. We will not be held liable for delays caused by the client.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of business strictly confidential. We take data protection seriously and will not share your business secrets, customer data, or internal strategies with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Infizy Promotions, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our services. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

As a hybrid company, these Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
